Once we have won a client, we aim to retain them for the long term. FX Glass will be on hand to deal with service and maintenance matters as well as any alterations that may be needed in the future.

Handover

Once we have completed an installation, we will issue a complete set of documentation to the client including a Care and Maintenance manual and any product specific guarantees and warranties that may be applicable.

Service and Maintanance

FX Glass would be delighted to return to the project location on a periodical basis to service any moving parts on door and window systems to ensure that every product meets and exceeds its expected lifespan. Please contact our After Care department to book your service call.

Adaptations

With certain products, such as our partitioning systems, they are fully capable of being dismantled and reconfigured to adapt to changing  requirements. We see Day 2 Client Aftercare as an essential part of our offering in order to reduce waste and to maximise the potential use of a product.
